We ordered a part and had to pay in advance. They called that the part arrived. We drove 40 miles round trip to pick up the part only to find that they had sold our prepaid part and didn't have it. We were given a refund and then asked to speak to the owner so we could let him know that we felt this was inappropriate and dishonest business. He said, "Did you get your refund", and we said "yes", instead of saying he was sorry and he will ensure this does not happen to us again, he said, "then get the f*ck out of here". I went back in the store, and demanded he apologize as I bought an $8,800 dollar bike for cash a year prior as a gift to my fiance, and refuse to be talked to in that manner. We will NEVER go there again. I would recommend you take your business where you will be respected because this owner has a potty mouth, no manners, and doesn't care if the customer is satisfied.

I finally had a good plumber come fix my bathroom faucets that were leaking and dripping pretty bad. I decided to have them replace them because they were old anyway. They turned out looking nice and no more drips. The plumber Mike chose some nice faucets and did a fine job installing them. I will use them again for my future plumbingproblems.
